Anu S Patil is working as a Project Associate at the Interdisciplinary Center for Water Research (ICWaR), on the project ‘Development and application of a stochastic rainfall generator (SRG) to account for unprecedented rainfall events’. She did her M Tech by Research from NIT Surathkal, Karnataka and was also associated with the  Divecha Center for Climate Change, IISc, previously where she worked on the project ‘Bangalore water security index’. She is interested in Hydrological modeling, Remote sensing, and Hydroclimate.

She likes singing and playing badminton, enjoys the gym, and is a quote marker in Kannada.
