Irshad is a postgraduate student in Civil Engineering. He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Civil Engineering from the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology in Arunachal Pradesh.

He is actively involved on modelling streamflow at Upper Mahanadi basin. Irshad is incorporating an ML framework on lumped hydrologic model calibration.
